The first NASCAR race I ever saw was at Martinsville where I saw David Pearson drive the above #21 right into the wall in front of where Theodore, Teddy Guynn and I were sitting. This was a big deal as my father Erie Perry drove the same car as Pearson the Mercury Montego MX Brougham "The Ultimate In Driving Luxury."

The Virginia Motorsports Museum and Hall of Fame currently has a liquor still that was seized in Patrick County in December of 1996. We also have on display Anthony Terry's 1935 Ford, Danny Glad's Dodge and one of the Wood Brother's 21 cars. There are lots of events coming up over the next few months not to mention changes at the museum.

Special Thanks To Anthony Terry and his family for all they did for Stuart's Birthplace, searching for "The Dinky" Railroad and for "Just Racing."
